No tax 401k’s and investment money would subsidize real time security cameras at people’s homes and businesses. If a crime is reported, real time footages along streets would be uploaded from these cameras.
People could also upload an APP to their phones where real time crime just occurred, the footages, and who people should be on the look out for a person or group of people. They would be instructed to film ONLY of where those who commit the crime traveled to by car or foot. Cash cams for cars would also be subsidized.
