I believe in the 5-7 rule. The use of social media could be applied for 5 to 7
parents of preschool aged kids could get together to watch each other’s kids.
College students, as part of their credit could lead these adults on a rotating basis
teach effective parenting skills.
One of the parents, in partnership with the college student, would show the kids
effective learning skills. In the meantime, the other parents could take classes or
work. At the end of a certain time, all 5-7 parents who helped each other out can
get a certificate to earn money teaching other parents.
